Blackboys
Blackboys is a smallish village within the parish of Framfield - which lies a mile and a half to Blackboys' west.

Interesting places in and around Blackboys include:- The Blackboys Inn is an old inn formerly frequented by workers in the Wealden charcoal industry. The Blackboys Inn dates in part back to the 14th and 15th centuries and the pub is reputed to be haunted;
- The Methodist chapel which has now been converted into housing;
- The Vanguard Way passes through Blackboys. It's a long sistance footpath that covers 66 miles between Croydon and Newhaven;
- The Wealdway also runs close to Blackboys.

Blackboys lies at the intersection of the B2192 and B2102 roads, mid way between Heathfield and Uckfield, which are the nearest towns.The nearest railway station is at Uckfield.
